The Plaque
The selected educators have been honored with a unique heart shaped plaque
embedded in the sidewalk (Similar to the Hollywood Walk of Fame). The plaque
carries the teacher's name, the school of record and the year inducted. Seventeen
plaques have been placed, during the past two years, along the Sherman Way
Corridor (shown above), near the Madrid Theater, between Canoga Avenue and
Topanga Canyon Boulevard in the business district of downtown Canoga Park.
