Everyday, all over the country, there is a group of people that go to work and don't think about personal gain.They can never be paid their true worth. They go to work not because of the tools they get to use. Some don't even have the basic instruments that can help them perform their tasks. They go to work not because of the working conditions; most, if not all, work in overcrowded rooms. And yet they have had a major effect on our lives, and they influence most especially the lives of our children.

These people perform their duties with high hopes that what they do matters; that what they do can make a difference. In many cases it does. At times it may not seem so, but this never defeats them, makes them quit, lets them lose sight of the goal, and never stops the best among them.

You may ask who these people are. Who could have so much influence? Who can make a change in the world with just a word or two? Who can take a shy, lonely kid and with the right amount of love, care and guidance help him or her see that all things are possible - that dreams can become a reality - that goals and achievement are worth the effort?. Who has the ability to shape the minds of our children? Who has the opportunity to make the leaders of tomorrow?

Who does this with hardly any recognition, usually in poor working conditions and for very low pay? Who does this everyday?
